🧾 Tariffs & Customs

As of March 5, U.S. Customs and Border Protection has confirmed that the de minimis rule is still in effect. This means:

• Orders under $800 USD from Canada may pass without tariffs.

• However, due to ongoing regulatory uncertainty, we cannot guarantee duty-free clearance on every shipment.

We’ll continue to monitor the situation and update you if anything changes.

🚨 UPS Delays – Update

As of Feb 18, all delayed orders from early February have now cleared customs.

• New orders are passing through without delays.

• We have resumed shipping with UPS as usual.

We offer free shipping to the 48 contiguous U.S. states (including Washington D.C.) on orders over $75 CAD.

Note: Free shipping is not available for 15kg products.
Some remote areas may not qualify; in those cases, we’ll apply a discounted rate or reach out with alternative options.

Standard rates from UPS, FedEx, and Canada Post (delivered by USPS) are available for all U.S. states and territories, including:

• Alaska & Hawaii

• Puerto Rico & U.S. Virgin Islands

• Guam, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands

• Armed Forces addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)

• Freely Associated States (e.g., Micronesia, Palau, Marshall Islands)
