📦 Shipping to P.O. Boxes

• Please select Canada Post at checkout if your address is a P.O. Box. Other couriers cannot deliver to these locations.

• If possible, provide a street address instead to access free or flat rate shipping options.

• Free shipping may appear as an option during checkout for P.O. Boxes, but it may not be applicable.

🚚 Free Shipping

We offer free shipping within most provinces, with the following requirements:

Ontario & Quebec

• Free for orders over $50

• Some remote areas may be excluded — we’ll reach out if that’s the case.

BC, AB, SK, MB, NB, PE, NS

• Free for orders over $75

• Excludes territories and Newfoundland & Labrador

• Remote areas may have restrictions; we’ll contact you as needed.

Note: Free shipping is not available for 15kg products, regardless of the province.

💰 Flat Rate Shipping

We provide discounted flat rate options for smaller orders or regions where free shipping may not apply.

⏱️ Shipping & Handling Time

Orders placed before 12PM EST ship out the same business day. Orders after this time will ship the next business day.

Estimated delivery times:

• 1–2 days → Greater Toronto Area

• 2–3 days → Ottawa, Montreal

• 2–5 days → Other ON & QC areas

• 4–7 days → Metro areas in AB, MB, SK, NS, NB, PE

• 5–8 days → Metro areas in BC

• 7–10 days → Territories and Newfoundland & Labrador
