You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • Include tags, original packaging, and proof of purchase

  • A prepaid return label

  • Instructions on how and where to send your package

Important: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

For safety reasons,Ā we cannot accept returns of food items.
However, we’ve got you covered if:

  • Your order arrived damaged or incorrect

  • You’re unsatisfied with the product

In those cases, we may offer:

  • A full refund (for damaged/incorrect items)

  • A partial refund on a case-by-case basis if you’re unsatisfied

You don’t need to return food products—just reach out and we’ll make it right.

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Hazardous materials: Flammable liquids, gases

  • Gift cards

Need something else? The fastest way is to:

  1. Request a return for the original item

  2. Place a new order separately once your return is accepted
